The Uganda National Farmers Federation (UNFFE), an umbrella farmer’s organization NGO founded in January 1992, has accused the outgoing Secretary General, Mr. Ocitti Tom Oryema of abuse of office after he allegedly attempted to sale the Federation property which houses the head office at plot 27 , Nakasero Road, in Uganda’s Capital Kampala. This moment marks a decisive step in Uganda’s resolve to guard its independence and chart its own future.
